Notice for 2015 “Laihua Cup” Singing Contest for Beijing Collegiate International Students


2015“Laihua Cup” Singing Contest for Beijing Collegiate International Students will be held on Nov.22nd 2015, to enrich the cultural leisure activities of international students and to improve relationships and friendships among them. We look forward your active participation. For applying please do as following:

1. Please go to Room 1408 for the Application Form.

2. Please send the completed form to the International Students Office before Oct.30th, 2015.

More Information about the Contest:

1. The form of singing: Solo, duet, ensemble (within 6 performers); the songs should be Chinese songs; the contestants should find accompaniment by themselves or bring their own bands.

2. Time for preliminary contest: Nov.22nd(Sunday), 2015

3. Time for finals: Nov.29th (Sunday), 2015

4. Contest field: Yuequn Building of China Youth University for Political Sciences

5. Awards:

First prize: 1 person/group;

Second prize: 2 persons/groups;

Third prize: 6 persons/groups. 

In addition, all the contestants who enter the finals will be awarded Honorable Mentions; every contestant will be given a Participation Award.
